LESSON 9 KING ARTHUR'S ROUND TABLE The following two charts are an amazing illustration of situations where people, and churches, think they are working together, but are far apart and "not even on the same page" together! When groups are not working together, frustration and eventually apathy, even anger develop. This sometimes happens between elders and deacons, sometimes between elders and ministers, and sometimes in small groups. It is the role of leadership to get everyone "on the same page" and working together happily.
