LEADERSHIP AND CULTURE


It is extremely important to recognize that Leadership Style is primarily determined by Culture and Sociological conditions. 
Different leadership styles will be effective in different cultural settings.
Certain styles will not be effective in certain cultural settings.
There are no right and wrong leadership styles, only better or poorer, or effective or non-effective styles.
Leaders must understand the cultural setting of their group and choose a style that will be effective and appropriate to that culture.   

The first point we wish to make is that Leadership Style in regard to the Church has two components:
